A CLASSY Plug-in Hybrid | 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC Review

I have just finished driving one of these as a rental car for a week. Highlights were the acceleration (it uses a combo of electric and ICE), the sat nav system (but good luck with updates when its over 5 years old) and the adaptive headlights which can stay on high beam and not dazzle anyone. Lowlights, the EV range was nowhere near what is claimed here, the tech is overdone, even without cruise control, the car brakes by itself seemingly randomly, in a 3000 mile car, the interior rattled, the petrol engine was noisy when cutting in during town driving and the ride on English country A and B roads was fidgety. Arriving back in Australia and getting into my 2010 V8 Range Rover Sport, I noticed it was quieter, rode better and was a lovely place to be. Regardless of its fuel consumption, the RRS won't be replaced by a GLC 300e anytime soon.

Hmm not a good report. Was considering the GLC as a possible future purchase...might stick with my E220 bit longer and save up for a RRS - Lol.

Oder now. 2025 Glc 350e phew range 55 miles, 311 hp, loaded with AMG 73500 . 😊😊😊

Der GLC ist einfach zu klein für einen Hybrid - schaue dir den Kofferraum an. Willst du einen Hybrid, da wäre der GLE der richtige!

Too expensive though, but nice
