“A Cleaner Place” (in Chandler, OK) RUINED MY MIELE VACUUM

Wow, that's crazy!! They sound scammy and clueless if they didn't even know how to put the new filter bag in correctly!

I mean it’s a human mistake, but he should have offered to refund my money or do more than just tell me to vacuum it out. Normally, there is zero dust outside of the filter bag in the bag compartment. It’s one of the reasons I bought it because they filter so well, and are very hygienic. I was not about to just vacuum it out and leave it be. Second thing is that he didn’t even fix what I initially took it in for. It had fallen down the stairs and the bumper was a little loose at the carry handle, and he said it would “be fine.” Since I had driven 2 hrs to pick it up, I just paid him and left. I needed it back. Then this happened. I was very, very angry with him. Never using him again. Fortunately, I found another Miele dealer that took care of this problem free of charge. They put in a new motor and circuit board. They completely disassembled it and cleaned all components and replaced the bumper. Zero out of pocket. Now it’s like it never happened, so when I buy another one I will definitely be using the new Miele dealer instead of the one in Chandler.

Glad to hear you got it fixed with the other Miele dealer. I was thinking about buying this vacuum but I’m not so sure anymore. I’ve seen a lot of reviews of this happening to other people. In your case what exactly caused the dust to escape from the bag? Was the bag not seated in all the way? If you could choose between your sebo Felix and your Miele c3 brilliant which would you choose after this issue? Thanks I enjoy your videos and how well you explain and take very good care of your vacuums.

Hey! They are phenomenal machines! I would buy the Miele 10x over any other vacuum. I’ve owned nearly all of them at this point. I am going to post a video today in response to your question, specifically for you. It’s easier yo show you than tell you. Avoiding this issue is very simple. I’ll comment below once it’s posted with the link for you to watch. If you do buy one, there is another video I am going to refer you to for general maintenance, which is also very, very easy.
