Good video -- reminds me of How It's Made. Humanizes the company and gives credence to quality of work you all do.

Will putting a new foam on the seat create more tension for the mesh? My seat mesh doesn't seem to be a tight as before.

Thanks to this video, I managed to perfectly disassembly and clean a second-hand unit that I found for less than 100$! Awesome step-by-step tutorial!

Let's just say that the guys who did the refurb on my Aeron skipped some of the cleaning steps (at least). Makes me wonder what else they skipped. I'm in Europe, so I couldn't buy from you.

@@valendis I ended up sending it back and buying a new one (current generation). Bte, the size C is a bit small in the backrest for 1,95m.

So cool! Have you seen a B4 or B10 on the front underside of the seat frame? I'm curious what that might mean. I saw it on a used Aeron locally.

Hi! Do u know if I can use bleach to clean the mesh and the plastic outer casing? Currently there is alot of disgusting stains I'm not worried about discoloration, (pretty sure there would be) more of whether it would damage the mesh/plastic

The replacement parts are not original Herman Miller, making these chairs almost as good or bad as Chinese knockoffs.
@btodtv Жыл бұрын
The core chair is still a genuine Herman Miller product. The replacement parts are manufactured in China, but warranted for 12 years, so regardless your opinion of the quality, they are guaranteed to work for 12 years. That is closer to a Herman Miller guarantee than the Chinese knock offs you’re referring to. I would say this is a poor comparison on your part -GK
@bL3dbL4k Жыл бұрын
I would prefer the original parts myself. I guess I could see why they do it. To make the product look "new" but I'll take the original parts all day over the cheaper quality replaced parts.
