You need angular-contact bearings in the BK/FK support, not radial.

That ball screw is purchased as a set with the housing and bearings. There are also problems with the accuracy and strength of other parts, so for now, this is about it. Spindle of This machine use angular bearings.

DP Tech: I have seen these bearing and support sets used in other videos. Some of the builders mentioned that they only have standard or deep-groove bearings rather than angular-contact or separate thrust bearings. Not very good. :o(

Building a cnc require bigger cnc to make parts, this is great video, I wish there is a simpler 5 axis cnc to build, with a-lot less parts to build

You make it look so easy. Im thinking of buying or building a small router like the red one you bought to cut the pieces to make, something similar to the 5 axis you have made, do you think the bought router is up to making the parts? Thx

I've never bought a home-use machine like that red machine. I still assembled it and tried to move it a little, but it seems that there are some problems. I haven't made a test cut yet. (Because there was a problem with the accuracy of the spindle parts) One of the reasons I bought this machine was because I wanted to show people like me who don't have a machine tool that can process metal that they can enjoy metal processing at home. I plan to modify this machine so that it can process iron. I don't even know how much I can do it.
