I'm confused. If no one can change the ruling of Allah (which i personally believe) Why does the Hadith do just that when it comes to apostates and adultry? please explain.

The New Testament is NOT the Injeel/Evagelion that Christ preached. This is not even a debatable point. The 27 books of the new testament contain letters of Paul, Dreams and visions ( Book of Revelation) and the various Epistles. These have nothing to do with the Injeel/Evagelion that Jesus preached. The 4 canonical gospels may well contain some of the words of Jesus and his preaching, but that is few and far between.
