The fact stupendium goes through the trouble of making sure the graphics reflect off the glasses (Also seen in A Matter of Factories) is incredible attention to detail. With quality like that, it's more than worth the wait. Also, there is a thing in the game called a "Brain Dance" which is a perfect capture of everything experienced by the recorder. Detailed to the point where you can look into things beyond the recorder's immediate surroundings through the faint sounds captured. It's a common element in the story to hunt for clues.

I loved Stupendium working with Cami on this. Cami is one of my favourite singers, and I think Stupendium and her work so well together. In case you didn't know, Cami doesn't really show herself in videos (other than one she's done), so Stupendium awesomely chose to become an avatar for Cami's voice for her parts in the song. Also, I'd say one of Cami's only weaknesses in her song production is digitally manipulating the audio to sound the best it can, but audio manipulation clearly is one of Stupendium's strengths. So they work so well together. As a little afternote, I'd like to mention that I have no idea if the technical term for what I'm referring to is audio manipulation. I don't know the term for what I'm referring to, but I hope from the context it can be understood what I'm referring to.

@@NWolfsson Sure. Here's hoping it does the same, because I do want games to be good. As a work of cyberpunk media though, it's forever going to be marred by the fact that it was created by egregious crunching and involved a rather comically large quantity of corporate tie-ins, and that fundamental state of affairs is directly responsible for the issues the game has and has had - both mechanically and in terms of how well it explores its central themes of corporate, consumerist excess. Stupendium takes the win for polish (although not for Polish), but more importantly, for narrative cohesion and depth. You can't just bugfix that in, unfortunately.

My wife and I have been massive fan's of musical comedy since we discovered Mel Brooks' catalog of movie's and musical's, then came Monty Python, Weird Al, and a myriad of smaller comedians at live shows. Musical comedy imo is infinitely harder then stand up(which is insanely difficult to be good at). Instead of just worrying about the normal difficulties in timing you have to worry about the musical timing (and all other musical nuances)ON TOP OF comedic timing. I feel like good musical comedy is almost extinct, hell comedy itself is dying due to political correctness, Karen's at shows, the risk of cancelation over someone in the audience getting offended, often on behalf of ppl/ethnic groups/ minorities etc. All these thing combined with the ball busting hell of being on the road, low pay, ppl saying comedy isn't a " real job", dealing with increasing censorship, ad Gods forbid if you hold any personal feelings, even if you never mention them during your act, that isn't in lockstep with the mindless mob are killing off comedy. I'm not even touching the effects of AI on comedy because if I did this hella long post would become a thesis. I have a ton of issues with KZbin but it's the best(if not the only site can find such a massive collection spamming any time period you could want)place to find not just the already famous comedians but new up and coming acts to support. I'm really happy to have found your channel which I'm currently bingeing. Everything I've seen so far is funny as hell and will be sharing with everyone I know.

Happily, usually. (For more information, please see the song "Shut Up, Ian", available on KZbin, Spotify, Bandcamp, or just about anywhere else!) 😅

Making good content? Honestly I have reactions that are just nodding along to the content. Make your reaction meaningful, or don't make it at all

I had high hopes when i read "comedy musician", thinking that some actual inaight would be had, but it's just another person saying "that's good!" Over and over again.

As I've said in the opening of many of these (tho perhaps not this one unfortunately), sometimes I have insight, and sometimes it's so good I'm reduced to simple platitudes. It varies by video.

Also considering this particular video is not actually comedic, my insights and expertise are not really useful in a non-comedy video such as this one.
