It's so strange to see Gerard morph from young, thin, effeminate, sassy, Singer to a chubby, middle aged man. He seems so much happier and fulfilled now..He has a wife and child and married life seems to agree with him. He is just so talented and smart. I think its so cool that he wrote The Umbrella Academy.

I know more or less the lyrics by heart and even the way he sings all of about 60 songs of Bullets, 3 cheers, life on the murder scene and black parade. This guy was my idol growing up. But if he passed me on the streets today, at most I'd give him a sup dude and we'd both carry about our day. Fking weird how life turns out. If you told me this at 14 i would've never believed it. Edit: it's April 2024 I just tested myself and I still remember all the songs on all the albums I listed but I would never take back what I just said.
