And thank you! I have had RA for some 10 years. Always too afraid to take biologics despite the reassurances of my wonderful RA consultant. I think I will resume the biologic conversation at my next appointment. Thank you again. RJ

Really enjoyed listening to Sheila Hancock interview. What she says is so true.Thank goodness for biologics for keeping the symptoms under control and thank you to NRAS for being there for us all.

My RA came outta the blue like for a lot of people etc ....been fit all my life with 2 yearly medicals for my work etc . One thing one learns from having it ...is ones got to adapt to ones limitations . Know whats good for you & keep embracing life & yes a lot of people truly dont understand the illness but is only lack of education etc . Keep the positive outlook fellow sufferers 👍👍👍

Absolutely delightful. Thank you so much. I was diagnosed in my 70s, now in my 80s, and really identify with Sheila's frustration that so few know what RA is. They believe it's just a bit of arthritis and say things like, 'I get a bit of that.' Also that first awful time when you have to say, 'Sorry, I can't do that.' I had to say it for the first time recently and it stung - but we soldier on!
