Mandated vaccine policies were actually left up to states to implement at the height of the pandemic. The Federal government didn't Mandate all citizens to get 💉 in order to work. Only certain federal agencies.

You don't live in reality. Covid lockdown was applied everywhere, including the beautiful UAE. It would be irresponsible for officials not to do it. It definitely affected businesses, but it saved the vulnerable with underlying illness.
