Ingredients:
2 eggplants
3 eggs
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp starch
150 g breadcrumbs
100 g flour
Paprika
1 tbsp dried garlic
Olive oil
Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side over medium heat

Выглядит аппетитно! Я тоже самое делаю только с .кабачками. Интересно вкусы похожи, или .баклажан. больше по моему напоминает .огурец. Только твёрже...
