客のオーダーに従って料理を創り、提供する。 ただただ、それだけの映像だけども昨今のTVのグルメ番組などよりよっぽど質が高いと思う。仕事としてレポートする芸人や芸能人のコメントよりも、「コレが好きなんだーッ‼」と嬉しそうな表情のお客さんの言葉が全てを物語っている。 食べるとはそういう事だと思う。

２０年以上通ってます。未だに初めて訪れた時の衝撃を忘れられません。 結婚前の妻を連れて行った時も、妻は「なんちゅう店に連れて来んねん。。」みたいな感じだったのが 退店する頃にはニッコニコのウッキウキ。今でもよく行こう行こうと言われます。 大将が喋り続けて止まらず料理がどんどん冷めて行ったり、大将不在で息子さんがメインで作られた時は コゲコゲの餃子が出てきたり・・・それもまた思い出。 このお店が凄いところは、連れて行った人たち皆がこの店のファンになってしまう事。 もちろん美味しいというのが理由ですが、それだけでは無い温かさを皆さん感じられてるのだと思います。 これからも通い続けます。うｐ主さん、このお店を取り上げてくれてありがとうございます。😆

ここの中華は、他所とは全然違う‼️めちゃくちゃ美味しい💕特に、まったりラーメンと皮がプリプリの餃子、そしてそわチャーハン‼️絶品です‼️夜しかやってないので、なかなか行けないのが悲しいけど、味は保証するよ👍

I once work in Japan for 5 years as an overseas worker in Fukushima province and I remember the secluded, almost hidden Yakitori restaurant in between rice fields that I always visit and this restaurant brings me those nostalgic memories of that restaurant especially that mapo tofu @0:38 which is one of my favorite to order. The vibe of the area inside with those low tables and the outside with those partly cloudy skies in the beginning gives me the feels. Man how I missed Japan 🥺
