I usually do my puff pastry savoury, placing ham&cheese on top of the pastry then roll it into little croissants. Or natural twists with a little thick salt & Rosmarin. You have been quite inspirational with your mulled wine! I mulled some apple cider the other day using my favorite mulling spices from Williams-Sonoma (absolutely delicious and super easy)! I’m now off to heat up a cup for some warm and cozy Christmas-y feelings as I watch another vlogmas video and postpone some productivity! Hi Leonora, Thank you for this video and the recipes. Have you ever tried white mulled wine? I am German and live not far away from the “Rheingau” region where Riesling is produced. Just take White Wine and add dried Apricots, Cinnamon and Sugar. Enjoy 😉
