Those proposing this were probably habitual latecomers back in their schooliing days so they want to amend that as it is affecting them. The school children do not have sirens to help them be punctual. The regulations in the school doesn't consider that and they are subjuected to some punishment. These MPs are not better than those kids. They should have a feel of their own incompetence.
