This is the land from where Thousands of years ago a group of people moved West and ended up in what is now known as the Basque region of Northern Spain and Southern France. Georgia is where Basques come from. Some reject it as a theory but other researchers have solid proof of it. I´ve visited both regions and there is no doubt in my mind that Basques ancestral homeland was that region of Caucasus. A beautiful land.

You might be right. They both speak an almost incomprehensible language, too. I wonder if the languages are related? I don't get tired of seeing these people dance. Seems like nice, friendly country and of course, gorgeous!
