It is a beautiful renovation, but sad to see the roof tiles, old doors & furniture destroyed. All could have been used by others or repurposed into decorative items in a garden. I’ve found that if you put items out with a free sign on them, they disappear overnight.

My husband (deceased 2015) and I built houses in the US… we renovated our house that was constructed in 1902…it was so much work but we wanted it to resemble that time period but it still had to pass codes … I’m hoping to see your renovation when complete 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼♥️ The finished parts are so beautiful!!!

Cela me fait toujours mal a coeur de voir d'aussi belles vieilles bâtisses être presque complètement démolies alors que les matériaux utilisés autrefois étaient bien plus sains. Quel saccage cette pauvre maison, pourquoi ne pas avoir fait construire du neuf tant qu'à faire ? Pauvres imbéciles de nouveaux riches chinois !
