Another activity is a bring and share game night in with friends. They bring in different fall foods they prep at home and the host doesn't prepare anything cos they're hosting. They can also bring their games for the more variety, the better! It's a great night in while keeping the fall spirit with shared foods and it's also nice to taste foods that someone else has prepared.

Currently catching up on your videos after being in Portugal for a couple of weeks and this was the perfect cozy video to start with! First I love, Half Baked Harvest! Her recipes are amazing, especially all of her Fall ones. Second, my husband and I started an annual tradition of watching "Kiki's Delivery Service" around Halloween time. When we discovered it had been an iconic and favorite movie of both our childhoods, I really wanted to start this tradition and have a witchy but heartwarming movie we could share with our future children as well. ❤

Also, just a fun recipe idea. I like to make pot roast with sweet potato, carrots, and acorn squash. I then clean out pie pumpkins and bake them soft as well... then serve my roast inside the pumkins. :)

We always go to the pumpkin patch near our house each year! I’d also add making wassail, painting pumpkins, and jumping in leaves part of our autumn bucket list! My kids always love fall! But we don’t have an apple orchard to go to in Louisiana so that is always one fall activity that we can never do 😔 Also all of your fall drinks & food look 🤤 sooo so good!

My husband and I attend a fall wine festival each year, shop for Halloween costumes, and attend a local fall festival. Of course we decorate our house and sit out by the fire on cool nights and sip hot cider!

Did you buy the outfit you have on now from a thrift store or did you buy it from the the actual store? These items are expensive and each video you have on expensive clothes it seems. I am trying to be a minimalist but it’s kind of hard when most minimalist including yourself are linking expensive items of clothing in each video. I don’t mean any disrespect I’m just very confused and wish there was some sort of explanation to this. I thought a big part of minimalism is not to over spend? Or am I missing something? Again I love your content and I guess a newby I’m just frustrated that I find it easier to buy clothes from target or Walmart then madwell, or everlane. 😅

Another lovely video, thank you, BUT also another takeaway drink in a PLASTIC cup! Please, please try to remember taking a reusable travel mug and straw before leaving home, or have a couple of those at hand in your car. It's wonderful and inspiring that you support thrift purchases and generally think of the environment, but the routinely buying single-use plastic cups and straws doesn't seem to make sense...

Did you know 73% of the carbon footprint of a takeaway coffee is due to the choice of milk? Choosing a non dairy alternative can have a huge impact. We really demonise certain things like plastic cups and straws which aren’t good obviously, but sometimes it gives us tunnel vision. Ashlynne’s plastic use is probably much much better than the average person so let’s be kind. But i do agree maybe she can invest in a nice collapsible reusable cup she can carry with her! @@skadandi My comment was certainly not unkind. It was just an observation shared because as an influencer, what Ashlynne and shows can have an impact on many people! And it wasn't about demonising plastic cups and straws, just a polite reminder that it's best to avoid them whenever possible. It's easy to do, you don't have to sacrifice anything you love, and if you do forget to take your reusable cup/straw etc once in a while it's ok to use a plastic one. The idea is to reduce their production, use and disposal as much as possible and some countries, they are already banned so I don't find it a great idea to "advertise" them. I personally never buy takeaway drinks or food, but what you said about the choice of milk was great to mention, thanks!
