Something I do is highlight sentences that relate to my life or I find interesting. Then, on a sticky note, write down feedback on what I read on that paragraph or what i highlighted. Annotating my books has been the best thing ever... (Tip: use highlighters to books you want to keep; use highlighting sticky tabs to books you would want to donate later)

I think I have watched most of your videos by now! 😅 you have really motivated me to become a more positive/intentional person. I was gonna mention a few videos back, a solution to the frequent hair washing drying it out. I am a gym goer and have to wash my hair either every day or every other, as my hair gets soaked w/ sweat. When I wash my hair I fully condition from scalp to ends (even though we’ve been taught to only do our ends). And that helps major w/ the drying. Because I’m gonna wash it again soon anyway right?! So full conditioning each wash really helps!

Ahhhh I just finished reading the boyfriend. It was good! Frieda McFadden always gets me out of a reading slump. I rated it a 3.75-4 it was good but the ending wasn’t my fav. But I kept me hooked the whole time. I couldn’t put it down
