The question is for the DRS these are new questions, are they going to count? We asked the AICPA, they would not tell us, but what's going to probably happen starting July of this year is I would say you have 7 questions still, I bet the last one will be a DRS, maybe it's a pretested question because one of the questions is pretested. My guess is probably the first window or 2 will probably be more of a pretested question, just to show you what it looks like and also give you a taste of it.

Hey Roger, I'm graduating with my 120 hours this August 2016. Would you recommend going "out of order" so to speak and taking the CPA exams first and then getting my 150? I can sit at 120 hours in my state.

Great question! Is it safe to assume that you're in a provisional state that allows you to sit for the exam before reaching your 150 hours? If so, yes, we would recommend that you begin applying and preparing for the CPA Exam ahead of time. Roger CPA Review Will I have high chance to pass with 100 hours for each one test ? Are there study material (simulation questions) cover the new exam version ? Thanks

While time invested in studying for the exam is important, it depends on the comprehension of the candidate. A great gauge is to use the scores you are getting on your practice exams/quizzes. If those are 75 and above, then you are on the right track. Regarding study materials, they will be updated as the new exam is implemented. Thank you for your questions and for watching!
