A Cricket and Grashoppers Feast for Bartl the beard dragon

Our bearded dragon Bartl is getting every 2nd day his insects like crickets and grasshoppers; he other day is a veggie day.
Well this video shows how to sprinkle the insects with multivitamins before feeding them to my bearded dragon.

Hard to say why some lizard are eating more than the others. Just watch the ones who eating less maybe they are going to be sick? You can also try to feed these lizards separate from the others. Hope this will help.

@noobiezFTW i have tried to keep them out of the terrarium as there are too many places to hide for them. But sometimes I am feeding in the big terrarium as well.

Aawwwwww hes so cute! My mom hates them thou DX. Oh. Can I ask you sometuing? What should you do if one of your lizards eat more(my bluebellys) and the others (tarble trunks hoppdidiy and rokie) arnet eating? Plase help and if you do you get a new subscriber! (Btw all of my blue belly lizards live in the same terrarium)

My Beardie is about 5 months old now and we mow he's a boy :) now he eats like 20 crickets a day but if we give him some worms he only eats like 10 crickets ;) please make more videos of Bartl is he doing ok ?

Thanks! I asked my firends and they say get smaller crickets and I put my blue belly lizards in different homes and they acted depressed and so I put them in the same cage and it worked lol

Hehe my 3 and a half old Beardie eats like 13 crickets a day he runs around the whole cage to get them :D

Currently I am not breeding grasshoppers as it will be more time consuming and will take more place than breeding crickets. You can take a look to my posted video "Cricket Breeding - The whole life cycle of crickets" or you search for "breeding gasshoppers" on KZbin.

He usually does. But during the last feeding in the terrarium a couple of crickets have hidden and making awesome noise during the night. We have tried to catch them and we decided to feed our dragon for a couple for days in the plastic tank or in our screen terrarium on the balcony.

Sorry to confuse you :-) Bartl or Bartel is pretty much the same just a bit of different pronounciation. At the end it doesn't matter as he is not coming if we call him.

@legomonkeyfilms5544 I have heard that bearbies above a year should mainly eat vegetarian and only couple of crickets every month. Not sure if mine will like this :-)
