Love this vlog, welcome back to youtube! Scenery was beautiful and you and Dean are just effortless fun together. Can't wait to see your home tour! Your life in the mountains seems so peaceful.

We went on the same cruise in mid-May and really lucked out with the weather. Juneau was the only day with some rain but it wasn't that heavy. Ketchikan and Skagway were warm and sunny! Ketchikan - went to the lumberjack show (it was cute) and then did a bar crawl (my daughter's idea). That was okay, but wouldn't recommend it. My favorite part was walking around town and the Creek Street area. In Skagway we ended up going to a local play which was really good - it was about an hour. Lunch at the Skagway Brewing Company - fish & chips were awesome (best I've ever had)!!! We then did the White Pass train and the weather couldn't have been better....one of the highlights of the cruise! Caelynn/Dean - I believe one of you got a very small camera for your trips (Maybe Caelynn got it for a gift??) - can you let me know which camera it is and do you recommend it for a beginner photographer for traveling?

We just did an Alaska cruise the end of April we went to Sitka, Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay and Ketchikan. We were very fortunate weather wise when we were there it was definitely above average, sun and very warm except Glacier Bay & Ketchikan where we had some rain. We also chose our specific cruise for the lengths of stops they were 9+ hour stops and we found we had more than enough time for what we had planned. It was our first cruise as well. We loved it and can’t wait to go again!

We were on the same cruise. We were in the same train car as you and Dean in Skagway. Great cruise!
