@@Perrygallo absolutely not. It's not so hard to find this story out. This man's name was Jerome Barzotti. It happened in Marseille, southern France in september 1940. This man was watching French flags of dissolved regiments being brought out of France (to Algiers in northern Africa) by French soldiers to avoid it falling into German hands. Literally nothing to do with watching Nazi troops walking trough Paris.
