Even after being mistreated by horrible people these precious souls still trust humans. They are so pure of heart! I’m so incredibly grateful to see what you are doing. I can promise you this, God sees your good deeds and I am positive that this makes God happy. These beautiful cats and kittens are Gods creation and should always be treated with love and kindness. It is truly wicked to harm such amazing animals as that cruel old woman did! And….To be helping and caring for them shows who you are and your beautiful heart! You are a blessing! What you are doing makes the world a better place and it teaches others to be kind, caring and dedicated to rescuing the unfortunate cats and kittens that are suffering. You are a blessing! Thank you SO SO very much! Cats have so much love to give and they help us in so many ways. We must never take for granted the wonderful blessing of having cats and kittens. Our cat, Kevin, adopted us and he has done far more for us than we could ever do for him! I can not imagine what I would do without our Kevin cat! Please update us on how the new mothers and kittens are doing! The most recent, the white cat, is so adorable! Please tell us how she and her precious babies are doing!! The story of that old woman beating that cat and throwing out the kitten broke my heart. If a cat or dog took shelter in my home I would not be upset. Animals deserve kindness. Thank you for saving them

Just because they don't walk on two legs and use speech to communicate doesn't mean animals aren't intelligent or sentient. In fact in many ways, animals are more moral than humans: at least they don't inflict pain on others for their own pleasure! Charity to humans is good, yes, but charity to animals is on a whole different and higher level. Humans can at least speak of their sufferings and ask for aid. All animals can do is purposefully approach humans and stare at them mutely, hoping that the humans will discern what help they require and provide it. And those humans who look beyond their own species and provide aid to the rest of the living things on this world are precious in their own right. And yes, hot weather can have a drastic effect on everything. I know because I do not do well in hot weather: if it goes above a certain temperature I struggle to do my daily tasks, and my health in all areas deteriorates. So it was wonderful to see the ginger family reviving and becoming active in the cooler environment.
