Yeah but you could do much better with PV Thermal panels, HRV with integrated heat pump and dryer with integrated heat pump

Each of those are viable choices and should be used in conjunction with an air-tight assembly.

@@coselladorken this is the point . They are trying to improve outdated technologies about which they learn in school half century ago or so. Now we can make a passive house with Thermasteel panels wich outperform wood stick construction method by a lot and even save money on a foundation if put panels up on a footing. If you have a degree in engineering it doesn't mean you have to invent a wheel all over again

@@andreycham4797 We agree. There are many new technologies to make the overall building systems much more energy efficient without re-inventing the wheel. Construction industry is not known to be an early adopter of new technology.”
