Please note that when you massage your head, the main focus is the scalp. Please do not rub your hair and scalp because this causes damage to the scalp and hair by friction. This is the wrong way to massage your scalp. Your fingers or palms of your hands should touch the scalp and with moderate pressure, move them in a circular motion. 1/2 minutes per day 4 times per week use shampo 3 times week use natural oil 2/3 times week aur Bhai din me 5 minutes keliye sajda karo jisse apke head me blood circulation zyada hoga din me 2/3 eggs kana shuru kro aur 4 dates per day aur drink 3/4 litre water per day in sab steps ko follow karne keliye itna time nhi lagtha result : strong hair , dandruff problem clear , hair regrowth , fast hair growth , aur body aur muscle increase keliye bhi acha hai
