Hey Dionne I used to use the blocked nose spray and it caused damage to my sinuses. My GP said it’s not safe to use because of the ingredients in it. I don’t want to seem bossy but just thought I would mention it. Use the olbas inhaler stick it’s much more safer. Hope I don’t upset you by mentioning it ❤❤❤
