For the price, the hotel is poorly organized. Few instructions for the guests. The hotel needs a hotel plan. You feel left alone. Despite family with children and baby we get the room on the 3rd floor without elevator. We booked very laterally. First day, door was dirty and it's not as nice as in the video. 3 out of 5 stars.
