All I have to saw about this place that they are having fun. Rules sucks but there is reason why. Fire can to burn down suburbs too. It looks like suburb but with thing to do. It does not matter that what the rules are that they are having a good time. Peace

@@GinaBecnel ... I know several people who live in Newtown. I find Newtown interesting but the idea of living in a flood plain is a huge turn off.

I strongly support new urbanism but the name of this town seriously sucks. I mean can't you figure out a better name than new town? Second issue I have is often times design of houses often has to conform to uniform aesthetics over functionality. IE floorplans, window arrangements, privacy ect all prioritizes a style over the functions of that individual owner. I don't need a front porch.
