However I do believe that due to the "celebrity chef" FAD that has been going on for the past 20-30 years there has been a mass distortion of the public's perception of fine dining. I mean to say that they see fine dining as some sort of ultra high-heat, swearing and cursing filled environment, whereas in most cases it is actually quite the opposite. If you absolutely have to swear as a Head chef that means that you have LOST control, not that you are IN control. That is what I meant to say.

This guy is my favorite chef I've seen on this channel. He is so involved with not only his staff, but also the camera crew. You can tell how much passion he has for his craft and it is a delight to see.

the cadence of his speech, the way he talks to the camera like he's teaching you what to do, how to do it, his knowledge about the background and history of their menu and just food in general, he's Italian and he tall as well. I was surprised that I knew this chef I first saw this chef on a KZbin channel called eater and he made different types of pasta even with white truffle and I like got shock when I realized I've watched this dude before it's kinda cool that this guy is getting the attention he deserves hope I could be able to be in his reasurant.

I’m sorry but I’m not eating leeks or anything that’s been cooked for an hour. I love leeks and they’ve really overcooked them. And I want fresh meat not meat that’s been aged as it’s rancid. The fresh pasta looks great though.

I actually dined there and it was nice but okay, my ravioli wasn't aldente unfortunately and yeah I was looking forward to it. Dessert was good in a weird way, I think they spackled pepper on my ice cream, idk why
