Come with me and my friend Callie to the Scarborough Ren Festival! We drink beer, throw axes, and shoot some arrows! So magical and good vibes all around. I love a good excuse to dress up in a pretty outfit. This was my first one and it was SO FUN. TIP! Where comfy shoes. This is my first vlog in the real world so still trying to get use to it and figure out the best way to film things so bare with me while i get the hang of it!!

My husband and I LOVE going to the Renaissance Faire! The first time we went together was while we were dating (it was also his first time)....a couple years later we got engaged at the faire while dressed as Vikings and even got the Queen involved (it was magical)! 🥰

I wonder if in 200 years from now they will have a millennial faire. It will be this time period and everyone will be dressed like how we are all dressed in 2023 and they will just go to like a mini mall where they eat french fries and hamburgers. Some people dressed in swat gear some dressed in military gear (from this time period) some dressed as nurses, some dressed as doctors some dressed as construction workers. overall really weird to think about.

Taking my gf to this at the end of the month. How was parking and prices of the games and food? Already dreading dressing up and being in this Texas heat.

It wasn’t too bad! Peak is 1-3pm so either go morning or later in the afternoon. Parking is in the cost of your ticket. we got unlucky and got stuck parking in the back row so walking was a pain. Axe throwing cost $4 and archery cost similar. Definitely bring cash but food places take card :) I think the most expensive part was vendors and the ticket.
