As a buyer I am drawn to the shows with good items, quality brands good fabrics etc. If the items are good i dont care if they start at £1 or £3 or even £5. I follow the sellers i know i can get quality but i know there are buyers who just want bargains so it depends on the stock you can get. Doing seperate mens womens or childrens shows is a good idea. You're doing great i hope your shows continue to grow

New here today, and for my 2 pennies, I would think sticking with a niche like women's clothes could be more effective for building up, organically, a loyal base, that know what they are there for? Otherwise, they might not enjoy sitting through stuff their not interested in. Also, bidding starting at £1, adds a 'gamification' aspect, as people like to win as such. Just what I've noticed on Ebay with auctions vs BIN. 😊

Hi Julie. I think you should say start from a £1. When things are worth more then you need to make some profit. I did my first show the other day and as much as I wanted to do £1 start, I just wouldn't even break even. Great vlog ❤

As o buyer starting at £1 would bring me in and also as I shop for my husband and boys I like a mixture of items as I would buy more things where if it was just for me I would get 1 or 2 things x

in think if you said most items starting at £1 that would be ok, probably best to stick to a neiche as thats what you get alot of anyway, i used say Oasics aswell! i think those shoes with the Vibram soles are unbranded and someone has put the soles on, they might do pretty well though, vibram soles are expensive
