At the end of the day, AI will always remain a tool for us to use, and humans will do what we're best at: adapting. Traditional methods will be phased out eventually. Our roles in SWE will be redefined but we'll still need to have the fundamentals down in order to fully utilize AI. So keep developing and learning guys, AI is no threat to us. Don’t necessarily ‘want’ to use linux for daily stuff, but usually you deploy into linux syses. So using bash commands is important, will use git bash or wsl for that.
