If you have noticed pre breakfast was almonds and honey with hot water.breakfast was a bowl of something,may be upma. For lunch she had roti dal and other veggies. She has made only half a day video, we don’t know what she is given for evening tea and dinner may be meat. As long as the kid getting required nutrition and happy with the portion sizes, quantity does not matter. She will not have the same menu everyday, it keeps changing like ours, so she will be taken care of.

I hope others don't follow this diet. This is a calorie deficit diet and isn't recommended for children who do physical activities. 6 almonds with honey for breakfast. That amounts to 100 calories. Small portions for lunch. Shouldn't be more than 200-300 calories. The recommended daily calorie intake for kids (8-12 years) should be between 1600-2200. Kids this age should grow and not diet. I hope she gets to consume milk or eggs or meat regularly so she gets some key nutrients. Hope everyone watching this take note of these things.
