Hi Lodge guys I'm not sure if you guys are in Vegas yet or not but yes the casino give out free cocktails to everyone who's playing table games or slot machines I am from Las Vegas and while you guys are here you guys should check out the the Bellagio's beautiful Autumn flower display and also at the Wynn Hotel

Yes free drinks in Vegas, although you are ment to tip them when they bring a drink or they might not bother coming back to you lol

can confirm drinks are free in Vegas while playing, always tip the waitress at least a dollar and don't ask what they have, just presume they have everything drink wise. I have done quite a bit of your expected travel location and am looking forward to following along on your trip.

How thrilling on Guardians of the Galaxy - your screaming was top notch. That week where we had the heat dome over us (California) was excruciating made worse by the fact it did not cool down enough at night.

Aww I feel you on the heat! I was like you guys in May in Florida, they were having some heatwave and it was 40 odd degrees most days. You cant explain how it makes you feel, plus your tired from walking and a bit jet lagged. Would love to visit CA Anaheim, only done Universal LA and stayed at the Hilton Universal which was lovely. Defo on the bucket list.

We went in 2018 and in hindsight they were trialling Genie+. They’d introduced a system where the only way you could get fast passes was by paying $10 per person extra and you’d get all your photos too. It was a bit of a no-brainer to us but it seemed like very few other people did it, so availability of fast passes was almost instantaneous as we didn’t queue at anything. Loved the parks but not sure if we’d go to LA again, even for Disneyland. WDW suits us much better.

There must be something about Denny’s when you’re hot and tired. We haven’t been to America or Canada for a few years now but it was aLways our tradition to go into the nearest Denny’s for breakfast on the first morning after flying in.

Yes I had my eyes closed a lot of the time. Really didnt enjoy the ride this time. Think it was because the heat was so intense also so it was making us feel a bit ill

@@TheLodgeGuys , Leigh do you think because of the heat you were dehydrated, I know you drink a lot of fluids but in that temperature it’s quite hard to stay hydrated, so you could possibly have had a bit of heat stroke. I get motion sick just watching people on rides, lol, also anything to do with heights, so when I saw you with eyes closed , I closed mine too & I wasn’t even there, lmaooo, I’m such a sook, xxxxxxxxx

I’m so glad you guys went to Pym… I love that place… So The heat wave issue Wasn’t so much the fact that it doesn’t hit those kind of temps because it does… What it was is that it was consistent and at that time of year… All over the state we were having those high temperatures all summer long… Here it is October 6 and we’re still dealing with 95° weather… it’s just been a crazy year but I’ve been to Disneyland before in the summer and it was 113° out… That was rough….GOTG though😍😍😍…. My favorite thing in there is when I’m going up and go all the way out of my seat I absolutely love it… Nick it’s funny that you say about how the cars Seemed like it was going faster at night… I’ve noticed that with a lot of the rides in both parks… You can do the very same one in a day and then turn around and do it at night and it’s totally different… I think that’s so cool… and yes they do Switch up the decor for Oogie boogie bash at radiator Springs and it’s called radiator screams….. loved the vlog guys…can’t wait till next one❤❤

The heat did look pretty miserable, but you didn’t let it slow down too much. it’s been years since I’ve been to a Denny’s, since all the ones here closed down a long time ago, but my favorite thing to get there is always the Super Bird sandwich. It’s probably not the healthiest thing in the world, but it is awfully good.

We were just there last weekend. It's really hit and miss with Genie+. I think you have to start early in the day. The BIG problem we had was the rides breaking down. It's just crazy! Still love Disneyland, but they have some work to do...

🤣🤣🤣 oh nick you've got to love you !! Considering you have a lot to say about most things , you are a sissy on those rides 😂💋 but you both look like you are having a ball on them despite the heat . But bless your cotton sox , neither of you could see straight by the time you got to Denny's . I say it's deffo jet lag creeping in . Lots of fluids tomorrow and enjoy yet another lucky day . 😎🌈❤️💋

Correct. In Vegas sit at the slots and drinks, alcoholic or not, are no charge. I always give a tip. Lovely road trip.
