Many vlogers came and went. But the way Guwahati was shown in this channel, really was amazing. Only and only this channel did justice to Guwahati. Thankyou so much Sir for researching so well and displaying our home to the larger audience. Thankyou Sir for the respect you have given to Guwahati and not just displaying as a mere transit destination to Meghalaya or Kaziranga. Wish your channel more growth. - Your true fan since a long time.

Fancy bazar is a modernised name of Fansi bazar. In Assamese people still call it Fansi bazar. It comes from the word Fansi (hanging). Because of the hangings done in the old jail which was in the market area.

Sir watching your vlogs have become a habit for us now. One thing that runs continuously in our TV is your videos. Staying so far away from home (we stay in USA), your vlogs really give us a homely feeling and so much of in-depth information about each place. And Guwahati being my home, this video gave me goosebumps when you described about Umananda, Tea Auction Centre, North Guwahati and others. Next time you visit Guwahati, I would recommend you to have warm Rosogollas from Ashok Sweets(Bylane 9, Lachitnagar).. its very very soft and I am sure you will love them more than any other rasgullas.😊😊 Hope you keep on making vlogs and continue giving us so much information!!! All the best Sir.👍🏻

Harish bhai..thank you fow the effort and showing around our city - Guwahati..fond of your episodes and wait for them..however..i have few submissions not personal ofcourse..butbas a viewer.. you need not compare Ghewar of Assam with Rajasthan..every city has its own indigenous food which you should taste rather than tasting something of other part and comparing..when in Assam you should try..fish tenga..alu pitika..pork momos of Momo Ghor..duck curry..jalpan served in sualkuchi area that consist of gur..cream..chira doi..local chicken curry..being a travel vlogger you should explore and exhibit rather than playing safe with food choices..i have seen in your Nagaland episode wherein you just took Veg..whereas you are a non veg..you played safe..that for sure..you should have tried the wood worm..the local food..thats a big disappointment..kindly reinvent your approach.. And Miss Manisha..Lakhi Cabin in Fancy Bazar does not serve Singara citing what only Ahom ppl eat which is a subtle blend of spices..Assam is a confluence of Bengali and Assamese and other communities as well..and Lakshmi Cabin..serves Singara or Samosa which is filled with lucious potato and a delectable blend of spices..i have been visiting this place since a kid and i alongwith other people of Assam have witnessed the variety this place has to offer..so kindly when you guide Vloggers across in our city please be knowledgeable enough and spread facts that are of the truest sense..sentiment and flavor of Axom in general..thanks.. Harish bhai..you need to focus upon ground research of the place before you visit..i have been a big follower of yours but many of your episodes of Assam..Nagaland..Konkan have been a spoiler..provide facts and experiment..stop playing safe.. No offense to anyone in particular..

One thing you forgot to mention is 80-90% hindu bengalis came to Assam after partition, and a huge chunk after 71. So no ways it is a confluence of assamese and bengalis. Just like uncontrolled influx of bengalis into Tripura turned it into a bengali domainated state whereas only a few people know or heard about the indigenous tripuri tribe. Find your roots, am sure some way or the other you are related to Bangladesh.
