Kigali is much much smaller than Kampala, which is part of the reason why it's clean, more organized and safe. I can't choose here. It depends on what your lifestyle priorities are. Kigali is perfect those who like calmness, rules and predictability. Kampala for people who like to party, to meet other people and don't mind a bit of chaos. 😄

Yeah, the place used to be called KBC (Kigali Business Center), and then it got acquired by a company called Alliance, so now its Kigali Alliance Business Center - Hence KABC.

There’s none from what I know. I get 30days free as Mozambican (all Africans now). I then pay to extend my tourist visa. I never stayed longer than 3 months.
