I would have spent a day looking through everything and wouldn't have ever been able to decide, haha. And to see what the temples are like was very exciting, it was crowded but still so beautiful and looked like fun! Not to mention the food *-* Agh, it's all so majestic! xD

Echoing what everyone else has said, you and Sophie looked very pretty in those kimonos. When I was in Japan in January my group visited shrines in Kobe and Kumamoto and performed that same ritual. No tourist crowds, which made it a better experience. I think you take the right approach to these vlogs, you do need time when the camera's not on to actually have those experiences and memories. Keep up the good work!

OMGG all the yummy foods you are eating looks so gooood!! Btw your kimono choice is always pretty, good choice! My Russian friends told me to fight off the cold is to eat ice cream or anything very cold while you're outside. It's crazy but I want to try! It's so cool how you can do a lot of things at the temple like the fortune and the prayer, that's so cool! So sorry you weren't able to look throughout the temple area you wanted to see! i also went to wargo in kyoto station for kimono rental last december! was eyeing your kimono cos i love blue but decided on one with a cat print instead ^^;; and yes it's hard to move around in the city buses when wearing kimono, so we rode the bus to the nearest train station then went on the subway to go back to kyoto station. we managed to see fushimi inari and kinkakuji but not kiyomizudera cos we ran out of time. definitely going back next trip to japan ^^
