Try to study at hrs when there is less distraction like late night (11 pm to 3 am) or morning (3am to 8 am) as per your comfort.

1)Prepare a time table in writing (daily,weekly targets)and as and when u accompolish it,,tick it,by doing this it increases dopomine level in our brain. 2)prepare a why list that why i want to clear this exam,,the stronger the why,,the more burning desire will be there and as and when u dont feel like studying take that paper and start to read it 3)Exercise regularly,do meditation, yoga,(it improves blood circulation) 4)avoid social medias(it will be there even after u clear ur exams) 5)If some temptations are coming,,then tell to ur mind that -right now i want to study now,,i will give u enough time to do it,,please accept it..slowly u will realise that ,your temptation will decrease 6)whenever at the time of studies,,any thoughts used to come,,then write all the thoughts in a piece of paper,, Hope U liked it..
