A really interesting video, I just got to learn from it. Set goals, see them through, take breaks between study sessions(pomodoro technique), change study locations to enhance consolidation reduce possibility of getting bored, and do some other interesting and engaging activities in between (Zeigarnik effect) and don't procrastinate 😂
