I can basically provide you with this link for the Bachelor's course : vit.ac.in/all-courses/ug Here you'll find yourself each and every course details which you are seeking towards. Next you don't need to keep aside any restrictions because there ain't pretty much any✌️ Restrictions ✌️ Next for the coding environment and all I'll say it's quite impressive here. Basically the institute is focused upon latest technologies so hackathons, and stuff keep going quite evenly throughout the year. Moreover you'll have Clubs and Chapters in which you can be a board member of the same whichever intrigues you the most ! Or else you can just be a participant too. Doing stuff, having fun along with all the coding things etc. Lastly ! About masters abroad YUPP, the college has MoUs signed with many universities of many countries so basically it's not just the Masters you can even have a part of you Bachelor's abroad too. I'll tell you what Mediatek Qualcomm Intel Dell AMD Nvidia Media dot net You might surely know atleast these companies All these companies have already recruited people for internships as well as full time offers also and that too I'm telling above 10 LPA just as in you wanted to know specifically that only. There are so many i can't even count, below 10 and above 7 there are so many companies like that ! Even in internships they are paying such a great deal. Yes, the crowd is there, that's true, but recruitment drives are also in equivalent ratio. We daily get mails of the selected people at least 10-15 mails per day in the recruitment season. And still the biggest drive TCS is yet to come to recruit. Everything is still in process for TCS because they might hire so many people at a time, the whole VIT participates in TCS drive, Willingly or unwillingly whatever ! You have lots of opportunities in CSE if you are willing to take.

If you've planned for VIT then you should come for sure. I'll say these talking to girls and restrictions wherever you read are all rubbish don't let anyone fill trash in your head already you've had enough stress from your JEE life ! Everything is fine here ! You'll face No such kind of restrictions here. You can have friends boys and girls, you can roam around the campus withing the time limits, you can explore, you can have fun, you can enjoy everything But as always, "public show of affection" is strictly prohibited and totally restricted as an institute as well as as a public place also. You can understand where a yearly crowd of 30k people is there what shall be the rules regarding this kind of situation. And obviously it isn't a good idea any time. So ! Take some rest relax and if you're planning to come VIT come with an ALL IN preparation for some serious studies. managing the time with the tasks is the key here. Because you'll have many tasks to do at once. Surely you can relax. That too for the first month you'll enjoy the campus itself so much if you are an explorer kinda person ! Don't take so much stress, it'll all be well and good if you come here also. Well initially good luck for IIT ! secondly good luck for VIT too ! 👍 I wish you all the best for your life ahead !

As per my knowledge for CSE at Vellore campus You need to have rank approx 8k. Then comes Chennai campus for which it's around 11k I guess. I don't know much about AP campus to be honest. And for bhopal campus one of my known has got it even for a rank of approx 1.10 lakh.

Yes it is worth ! CSE students get most of the placement eligibility in any of the recruitment drives. Categories are just different steps of admission. No other difference is practiced on the basis of the category !

If your exam is tomorrow I think you shouldn't be worried about ranks and all right now. The thing is focus upon your concepts and stay confident towards your exam. You can't control ranks and all but you'll surely get the best out of it if you focus upon your preparation till now ! I wish you all the very best for your exam ! And to talk about figures i think Biotechnology is a branch which won't require much of a rank to crack into vellore campus. Yes there are students, like so many students, to be honest but that doesn't compare to the other branches such as computer science and all where you have to get above 8000 rank at least. So relax and be confident about tomorrow. Stay focused. surely you can crack it.

Chemical engineering is surely here in vellore and we have studied under one of the faculty from the same department. I believe Many researches keep on going in the chemical department on faculty level also. Since they have a dedicated building for CO2 emissions and green energy in the hostel premises (i believe it's related to chemical engineering itself) And one near the main building which has these chemical laboratories. One subject in the curriculum we were offered linking to this field provided a further scope of research for sure but as our core field differs, we didn't get much of a part to play in that. So i believe that's the piece of info I can provide as of now.

@@poorvasingh7164 fees is divided in two parts : one will be academic fee and other will be hostel fee. So basically all studies related fees comes under academics and all (hostel + mess) related charges come under the other. And for rooms i must say you won't get an attached washroom with any type of bed rooms. Although I can't say about one or two newly built blocks. But traditionally there won't be any attached washroom with any room.

@@bijlibigy6787 see about class hours I can tell that each and every student has his or her own class schedule in a very unique way. Like the time table thing is all flexible here. You can choose from subjects whichever you wanna go through the semester and select classes and slots which one to go in. So basically your time table relies pretty much upon your choice up to a considerable extent. So no worries about that ! It's simple like you can select at the start of the semester to go for a subject or not just because suppose it's classes start at 8 am and you don't wanna go and you prefer to go for some evening slot of the same subject. That's the way it works ! Anyhow finally depends upon number of seats, collapsing of slots, occupancy of class strength, it's all first come first serve basis at the very start of the semester and all this course registration thing is completely online, that I'm telling ! And ya class hours can go from : Earliest 8.00 am till last 7.00 pm depending on subjects and slots as to the best of my knowledge whereas labs can go till 8.00 pm i think ! Like officially ! Time table limits are like this only !

As per my knowledge the Tuition Fee for CSE i.e., Group B starts from 1.98 lac (including 3k caution money) and approx 90k - 1 lac is added per category upto category 5. So you can do the math now. And Hostel fee doesn't have categories. The fee depends on the type of Room ( 1,3,4,6 bedded AC - NON AC )

I'll tell you one recent fun fact I've experienced See VIT campus is situated on either side of a railway line so the men's hostel is on one side and the women's hostel is on the other. Basically the men's hostel is a complete campus and the women's hostel lies in sub academic areas of the campus. Basically between some academic blocks so they have an overall boundary over the girls hostel and we do not have a specific boundary as for our hostel. The thing is ! We (men) are not allowed to leave the building main door after 9:30 or so. but opposite to this women's hostel has its boundaries still it has its garden and open area around the building where girls are allowed for late night also. So basically men are much more restricted if you only say about "RESTRICTIONS"😅😅 although there's NO hell like restrictions as you seem to believe right now ! For sure you can go out with friends ! Family ! Even solo ! Ya just with proper formalities done, and you're good to go. About teachers ! Every single faculty here is a PhD none less than that. So for sure you get to have so much experience and expertise on your head to gain from. For that if you have to roam behind them it is literally worth it because no one has so much free time other than classes. So naturally you'll find them busy most of the time. If someone says they are not friendly on the basis of their busy-ness is I don't think justice is made to the image of teachers with that statement ! They are all good don't worry you'll just have to pull out the nectar you want from their expertise. And see ! ultimately rudeness is NOT a daily thing which can happen to all people everyday. It may be some individuals who might have encountered any one or the other faculty in the wrong situation at the wrong time. That's all My experience says, They are great if you want to grasp some real knowledge beside college time ! I'll say Don't let people or some "question answer websites" (you know what I mean 😉) put trash in your head. Well if you're planning to get yourself in here Genuinely All the best !👍 Genuinely !

If you are a 'Pure Vegetarian' You won't find the special mess interesting at all ! Special mess particularly means veg and non veg everything is served there at one place and cooked at one place. So be informed about that ! Although besides of non-veg, special mess has always something more to serve in the veg variety itself, as compared to veg mess. Obviously why would one pay more money if only the non veg is the extra part with the special mess ? But if you are a vegetarian who doesn't care about non veg being cooked together or served together you can opt in for special also. Depends totally on choice. And I guess for a pure vegetarian the Veg mess is more than enough ! You have a complete menu already made up for the following month and it includes many things not just chapati or rice or idli dosas Many other things would be there !

Actually I don't have the exact inside story of coding culture here since I'm a person related to the Structural Engineering department. But basically to talk about coding and all. Many things happen here regarding software branches ! You have codeathons, quizzes, competitions etc. So much of it to participate in, whatever you can take for yourself you're good to go !

All the blocks are different in their own way H&J are the ones most close to academic area MN&P (given to freshers) are the farthest from the main area but closer to some other blocks and have a tunnel lying behind these blocks to quickly access the other area And anyway in 4 years of stay you'll have to shift 4 times within different blocks so you'll probably see different blocks each time.

Each and every software company (Regular to Super Dream) that arrives for recruitment has the eligibility always open for VLSI. And more than 600 to 700 companies (in total) arrive here for recruitment per year ! From which software companies have the major part.

Nope, depends on deadlines ! Everything is online. And well it's not an "assignment" here. We call it DA ("Digital Assignment") so you'll be provided with question paper on your student account and a deadline will be given on each assignment by the faculty themselves. You have to submit PDFs of the assignment however it is required on the portal itself. So basically everyone learns to fulfill deadlines after coming here ! 😅😅😅 Writing or typing it depends on the type of assignment !

Two Gyms are there : Free and paid As for the free gym, everything is free and without any trainers. You have to manage on your own. Ya but some experienced older guys are there with literally nice body built up who can advice you if you get to have a friendship with them. And For paid gym, everything is paid and still I don't think that u'll find a trainer there !

Surely you can come here. I'll tell you for CSE or any other software branches, the scope is huge ! Like N number of companies come here each year for internship recruitments and placement as well. You can't count the numbers, as many companies will reach here. And for sure most of students gets a job or a high stipend internship. Either ways you have number of Choices to go for your career. Also college provides semester abroad programs for students who wants to take an international exposure. That too is possible through here. It's absolutely worth taking. As far as I know For the CSE branch you can be very much confident for placements and Internships.

@@ashishjha638 well, I'm assuming that you've gone through this website data thoroughly for the admission procedure vit.ac.in/all-courses/pg/integrated-m.tech-programmes If yes, then I don't think you need to worry about anything because every process for admission has to go through online mode itself. Discrepancies might occur in website data and verbal communication. As far as I know one should stick to the online procedure provided on the website. Since here many departments are there under academics so I'm afraid that it won't be quite possible to particularly find and approach any specific person for this task. But at the same time if one goes properly only with the online admission process then I can say he or she is going on the right path. As I talk about myself I never tried to call any of the contact number at VIT i just kept myself in sync with the online communications and that's all !

First things first ! You'll have to apply for VITEEE for the respective year. Speaking of which you've still asked in time. The admissions are open yet I think for 15 more days ! Then you'll have to take the exam If you get shortlisted you'll have to fill campus choices. If you stand in the merit. Congratulations ! you get Vellore campus. Then comes Chennai AP and Bhopal campuses ! You'll have to prepare tough for Vellore campus I think as per my knowledge. It's maximum 8000 rank that can get you into vellore campus in CSE branch ! Yes that's true ! . . . Whoever says that to you again punch him in his face and tell him to talk to some real VIT guy ! Because no one does make such a name in education if these all rumours are even a bit of the truth. Everything here is very much flexible dude ! You're from Delhi and I don't think it makes a difference in a Rajasthan guy and a Delhi guy to question the same thing about adjusting in VIT. (Targeting myself) I've never faced anything like South Indian-ish here And yes if you wanna join VIT. yes ! VIT welcomes all of you out there deserving it ! VIT is for YOU. You'll never even know that you are in a part of South India. Ya until and unless you listen people around you speaking Tamil and all other languages. But The diversity here is the real beauty man !❤️ And talking to girls and sh#t That last word explains it all ! For real. You can roam around, you can chill up with friends, do activities, have fun, everything that makes you think about an ideal college life, you'll surely be able to do if you are willing to ! That's not the least. That's the ONLY option dude ! You'll find temporary vendors in the campus itself during peak arrivals of students. You can get yourself one ! Most of them does it. Else shuttle services are also there to pick and drop you anywhere in the campus and yes ofcourse it's not free !

Ok so basically Admission procedure for all PG branches remains the same. U'll have to give VITMEE, then shortlistings, choosing campus preference, advance fee payment, etc. I think you can find this link useful : vit.ac.in/all-courses/pg/master-of-computer-application I've seen many students from MCA. And actually the scope for computers/software related students is great here. So many placements are done like most of the friends I know from computer sc. VLSI or even MCA are placed right now !
