A brief video about the strategic session that I conducted in Kazan, Russia, 31 October 2020. A new school is emerging, so we had to work on the concept and on the management model of the new school. Hopefully, it was a productive session.

Yes, educational consultancy is indeed an interesting job to do - it is challenging but very rewarding. It is never easy though. But I do like it very much. If done correctly, it can lead to great changes in educational institutions and systems - and this makes me feel so happy honestly. Yes, I should promote my YT channel there as well haha 😄😄

Hi Ilnur,thanks for sharing your consultancy day. Were those prospective school staff in attendance or just people part of the school planning process? I noticed you introduced the principal at the beginning though. Keep doing great things

Hi Brenda! Thank you for stopping by. Some of the participants were prospective school staff, some of them were parents who are going to send their kids to this new school, some of them were entrepreneurs and corporates, some of them were just very experienced educators and managers from other school. Also, in the evening, we had invited the municipal officer responsible for all the municipal schools in Kazan - we presented him the concept and the management model of the school just to hear his feedback on these. And yes, the principle of the new school was there as well - he is the main person in this project.

The name and the branding of the school hasn't been yet confirmed but what's known is that it’s going to be a lyceum, and the number is going to be 188.
