This is what my holiday looks like as an expat/creator in Kuala Lumpur as of August 2021.
The government is starting to ease regulations for the fully vaccinated, but here I am patiently waiting for my turn and trying to enjoy the best out of my situation.

apart from physical home exercising ,u can try do some intermittent fasting..basically fasting for 1/2 day @ certain2 amount of time,its kinda a form of exercise too.. since u basically home based working..i like that neko-chan there,very good companion to have..

@@AkifromJapan you can seriously try skipping to be included in your routine. I have done that during the lockdown and it really burned fat and reduced my waistline. Skipping is easy and takes little time as well. My routine is burpees, skipping and kettlebell swing.
