here’s a student from japan. it looks pretty nice vlog and surprised well-prepared breakfast. perhaps i’m gonna stay the same dormitory which is scape, so if possible i wanna ask you how was it especially about interacts w roomies ty!

hi! haha thanks i love having a mindful morning routine it keeps me motivated throughout the day there are many events in scape so you can meet people who live in scape too and thats actually usually how you get to know other people / meet friends. although since the buildings are pretty big and there are so many rooms and residents, you'll less likely have a more intimate community than smaller housings

uni of melbourne, as far as i know the requirements for each courses are different, and also i think i needed the letter of recommendations for my scholarship application!

Great video, did you take the GRE test as a requirement for admission? I’m applying for computer science so I have to be certain if it’s required.

no i didn't need to take the GRE test, but be sure to check for the course you're interested in bc each courses asks for different requirements

When applying for midyear entry do i need the IELTS

it doesnt have to be IELTS (there are other english proficiency tests) but you need it at all times to apply to unis & visa

hello, kak rani. i’m from indonesia. i want to ask you some questions since i want to study abroad to australia as well. i hope you don’t mind and willing to spare your time to answer my questions. are recommendation letters so important? like.. what if i don’t have recommendation letters? does it mean the possibility of getting accepted is low? and, i literally did not join any organizations on senior high school and i don’t have any amazing experiences too. again, if i don’t have any, does it mean the possibility of getting accepted is low? by the way, i’m at 12th grade right now. i plan to take bachelor of art psychology on 2025 (yes gap year since i have to prepare a lot). however, i’m aiming at a certain university in perth, australia. thank you so much, kak rani. i have watched lots of your vlogs and i really love it.

hi nice to meet youu, first of all yes of course its possible! the thing about recommendation letters is that it depends on the uni & course youre taking, some require that letter, some dont. make sure to check on the course youre taking, if it mentions recommendations as one of the requirements, then yes, you have to include it or it may affect your application process. about organizaitons, that's what i thought at first, but i was not very active in high school too and it was fine, i can't promise how much it affects your application but you should still give it a shot and i'd recommend emphasizing on other experiences that you have that are relevant to the course. i wish you the best of luck in your studies, i hope this helped and i'll try my best to respond if you have any other questions 🤍

Hai kak rani, I'm from Indonesia as well and I'd just like to ask some questions since I'm also aiming for australia! I'm planning on getting a bachelor's degree in biomedicine. I wanted to ask whether you took a levels, IB or maybe did foundation to study in australia? If you took a levels or an IB exam could I ask where you took it? My 2nd question is if I need an english subject on my a levels to qualify, would you recommend taking english literature or english language for a levels? And lastly, I'd like to add. Could I have some tips on my personal statement, as I'm not really sure where to begin Thanks so muchh kak for setting aside some time to read and respond🙏 Appreciate the vlog, it really gave me a motivation boost
