Specialist krega toh alag milta h... Aur pvt m bulayga toh sabki alag package rehta h with respect to contract duration and experience.....

Mam one doctor in qoura told that I completed my mbbs in kmc mangloore and i completed my internship two months back i apply 15+ private 🏥 hospital in karnataka but im not getting job still now it is very difficult to survive as mbbs doctors in future pg is must. Is it true plz reply mam

Yes ,i have also observed it's not that easy nowadays for fresher mbbs to get a job with decent salary. Experience matter in all fields .But once they get the job and get atleast 6 months experience ( improve their skills)in any hospital , job opportunities are limitless. Also i have observed that in tier 2 and tier 3 cities, mbbs are being replaced by bams doctors but this is not the case in tier 1 cities. A bams doctor does the same work as mbbs doctor with less salary. And i am also feeling the same that a postgraduate degree is important.

@@Govinda418 don't see too much quora if u will do MBBS from private college then off offcourse u will face this type of problem due to lack of knowledge and patients but in govt college we have a bond of 1-2 yr for job and after 1-2 yr experience it will very easy to get jobs..

Hey! Just try to learn some skills during your clinical postings in russia. Be more active in hospital. Request your seniors to teach. It's ok if you still lack somewhere in your practical skills . Ultimately you'll learn basic skills during internship in india

I appreciate that you feel sorry for the comment you have put ✨ Nevertheless ! i am not bothered by your comment.Still i wanna express my opinion to help all those people ( including me ) who are stopping themselves because of this fear of being judged. That's what i have talked about in this video of mine . This book"The courage to be disliked " is what we need in today's world to do things that we always dream about. Whatever we do in our lives ,we always get judged by people like this fellow. Not all people have grown up to a certain level of maturity so they gonna judge others on the basis of their level of understanding of life. Ofcourse we try to change people's perspectives but we cannot force them to do that .That's perfectly fine! What we need to do is .Try different things in life. Do everything that you ever dreamt of . Noone can stop you. Please don't care about being judged. You would probably regret it in your old age if you cared too much for being judged during your adulthood. A person can be a doctor by profession and still be able to do so many things like dancing , painting , photography , videography and much more. Same applies for other professions as well. We are humans and we are capable of doing many different things because we learn to adapt .That's the power of being humans. Always Always! "Think outside the box !Think about it "
