If you don't mind me asking... how much is tuition and how much did you get in scholarships? Columbia is definitely one of my dream schools but I don't think I could ever afford it.

@aaravlakhani3178 Yeah... it doesn't seem like you get any money from them unless your family has absolutely nothing. Best my family could afford in tuition is $15,000 - Columbia quotes us at $86,000.

@@Michael-zn2jc Never expected them to give me a full ride, I just was hoping that I'd be able to get something that I wouldn't have to pay off for 30 years. Regardless, will probably go for a full ride offer I got from elsewhere.

@@spiriten I am applying as a transfer student and it is my first choice but I don't think I'll be able to attend for financial reasons. I mentioned the full ride because ivy league schools have very misleading financial aid policies that claim to meet 100% of demonstrated financial need.

@@AnnaBruner-e2w awe I’m happy you were able to take multi in hs. I attended underfunded schools that were located in areas of poverty…so the highest math I could take in hs was calc. Good for you tho!
