With the IB diploma, you can apply to universities all over the world :) However, there are some students who decide not to go to college, and it’s completely up to you. I hope this helped!

@@Aj-226 Hi! There’s an English test called EF SET that you need to take. But don’t worry! We have different English classes depending on your level, and EF will put you in the right class to help you improve your English skills. They also have a Preparation course where you can really improve your language skills :)

Considering that EF is an international school, the teachers definitely expect students to make some mistakes since English is their second language. I would say what matters the most is that you’re trying your best to improve your English and use it more often. In fact, there are very few students at EF whose first language is English/ have a perfect English, so no need to worry!

Yes! I do recommend studying abroad with EF. I really enjoy being at EFA, and I think there are definitely lots of pros of being at an international school! EG also has high school exchange programs as well, so you should check it out!

There’s less people on campus due to covid for sure, but I still made so many good friends :) I heard there were about 700 students last year whereas there’s only 300 this year. But I don’t think the campus feels empty at all! I personally feel closer to my friends because there’s not too many people :)

So firstly the campus is very ugly all the buildings they show in the videos you walk their only for school and lunch. The dorms are very small and you have to imagine that you have a roommate if you don’t want a roommate you have to pay 7000£ and your roommate will get another room of has to pay too to get a single room. The bathrooms are for everyone which is very disgusting, with this I mean people are very disgusting. Generally it is not worth the price. The price you pay for the 2 years, with bad dorms, toilets the food is disgusting, not eatable I ate the same salat over a year and I think the food is not even fresh. THE TEACHERS ARE DUMB like actually they can’t teach. The IB physics teacher failed physics in IB. Btw. The psychology logo teacher literally can’t speak English properly. The business teacher didn’t even taught the syllabus. all the people are in IB and there are like almost only Asians in a level. Also it’s a very small school so you will have to find your friends from the very beginning and you will stay with them for 2 years. Also it is super annoying because everything you do is known by everyone. If you drink no one really cares as long as you’re not throwing up everywhere which by the way happens a lot on the weekends. Many people take drugs. The school literally operates like a company, they hid that a girl was expelled because she took cocain in the dorm. A lot of people want to leave but already paid for 2. year, I wouldn’t recommend to be honest. Also they talk about diversity and shit but honestly if you are a small nationality, nobody is going to be there. The acceptance rate is also rediculously high meaning they take everyone who is dumb enough to apply for the school. The staff is really annoying with your wellbeing so if you say I’m sad or something the pathway managers will talk to you, it seems like a good thing but it gets really annoying especially because they don’t really help you with anything it’s just talk and they literally would interrupt you while your studying just to talk about how you feel or something like that. Btw. if you think it sounds cool with the drinking part and everything there are not really good drinking places. Also if you drink and they notice you will have detention so you have to go to reception every hour from 9am for a few weeks which is very annoying if you have detention 3 times on the same thing like you drank 3 times they will kick you out of school at least they say that… Also they stress you out in 1. year so much with like yeah you need to tap the tile you need to be responsive and go to class and shit but if you don’t go to class nobody cares really and if you’re a bad student you’re fucked in general like you are actually fucked. I learned 2 math books by myself. They literally expect you to know before they teach you because THEY DONT TEACH SHIT. I am telling you it’s literally not worth the price. Also we have foxes and in the night they scream, although you can’t sleep properly anyways, because your bed is out of stone btw. If you are actually going there take bedsheets or buy new ones, its disgusting. And also we have 2 kitchens for the whole girlsbuilding at least they are disgusting as well. The water filter is very disgusting like water doesn’t taste good and the thing you do tea with like the thing you boil the water with was never cleaned I think I tried it once but after there where big white things in my tea never again. Also we can’t even open the window I think it’s annoying so if you think of running away you can’t after 22:00 you can’t go anywhere oh yeah and you have to pay everything you want to do laundry.

The only good thing is that you meet new friends but honestly you could do that on every other normal boarding school with a normal price and good teaching I guess what’s also good about it is that the school is not really strict like if they see your hopeless in academics they will just give up on you kind of like if you ask the teachers for help and stuff they will help you but if you don’t nobody will care like the teachers don’t even say anything when you interrupt class they just inform the parents of your really bad in a subject or sth like that

Yes, we have to wear masks all the time except when we are in our rooms. EF takes this seriously, so it is NOT a personal choice. For me, coming to the US was not that hard, but some students from China or Vietnam couldn’t come because they had problems with the visa or the borders were closed :(
