I was honestly really excited about going on the ladder to decorate the tree!! I haven't been on one in many years and didn't know if I'd ever have the balance for it again. The small things like that really are big things!! 😊

The faith you have in being able to fully recover made me cry. Many things make me cry these days and, like you said, it's like the emotions from having "missed out" on life for years are coming back online, which is a very healthy sign imo! DNRS for 2 months here. Cheers from Sweden!

We could talk for hours. Your story is SO similar to mine. I’ve followed you for years and it’s crazy how many things we have in common and the treatments we’ve tried etc. I even saw Dr H but decided against it last minute. This was my favorite update so far. I’d love to see more videos like these. It was so peaceful which helps my anxious mind.

❤ got off of my POTS beta blockers within a week of my first visit to CM & by using Hausers advice on proper sleeping ways I magically corrected my neck lordosis by 50% before the prolo. After first prolo I felt amazing & felt as I am “fully recovered”, so I decided to start exercising, I can share the feeling of wanting to watch up for years of the illnesses & wanting to do everything… so I exercised for 3 days & landed back in bed with all POTS symptoms coming back with vengeance. Jump rope + ball slams are a solid NO, don’t do any of those. Bradley of CM also said for me to do only isolated muscle groups now, not compound exercises. I consider getting the brace for squats, to avoid having my neck going forward. And absolutely we have to slow down when we think we’re “doing so good” as we don’t even know what so good is, we get ahead of ourselves out of sheer excitement to not feel absolutely disabled that day or that hour. After this experience I realize this recovery will take way longer than I thought. And there are moments I thought I’ll just die from this body experience as within myself I am a happy person, but physical experience has sure made me wish to just leave this body already. Also having children to manage 24/7 I think this burden of needs is way heavier as we want to give our children our best but they’ve gotten the crumbs plenty. I had 95th % brain pressure out of all caring medical patients, me sing the worst, I was angry and snappy all the time, now after the treatment has begun less so. Caring Medical is truly the best healthcare team and office I’ve been to. I feel so lucky 🍀 to live right here in Miami just 2.5 hour drive away from dr Hauser, knowing my luck of landing here I like to believe I really will fully recover. But those gaps in healing when I am in the hole or on the bed crying are the grief I think we all with this condition experience, something nobody else sees or can relate to. We are definitely lucky 🍀 we have amazing husbands supporting us, and you seem to have a great family around you too. ❤ your videos give me hope and belief in continues healing ❤️‍🩹 and prolotherapy success.

amazing to see you moving like this!!! I'm so happy for you. you articulated 'making up for lost time' so well. if i'm having a rare good day, I want to do EVERYTHING! Slowing down is key. Staying in the present moment is a gift we can give ourselves. I'm hopeful seeing you doing so well that you're going to have that future family you've always wanted. Happy Holidays.

Are you still seeing Dr hauser? I went to caring medical, but didn't go through with the prolotherapy. I didn't have a great experience with my meeting with him and decided to opt out. I hope you're doing better, and the therapy worked for you. I seen your channel last year after I was at caring medical in October.

Can you please help. I was just curious when you started noticing improvements with prolo? I’m about to head to my third visit to caring medical. I’m still miserable. I’m getting my neck done and various other parts (CCI and hEDS). Just curious how long it took for you to truly start seeing changes.

If you don’t mind me asking what do you think the first step in recovery should be? I have instability in A1 and A2. Apparently it runs in my family and I’ve been having problems finding a starting point. The neck brace helps a lot but I still don’t know who to go for help.

Don’t go to Hauser if you do prolo therapy. Research deeper and then research your research!! He has hurt many people! How does inducing inflammation with sugar water heal the ligaments?! What is the true science here? There is none. It’s all a scam

Use different search engines. Just keep looking. He is great at marketing to a very vulnerable population- those in chronic pain or with no answers. I get it. Hello Racheal, happy to watch your development. That is amazing! A distinct health issue has kept me out of work for the past five years. I spent a significant amount of money on numerous alternative therapies. I'm considering seeing Dr. Hauser. Their rates appear to be pretty high. Do they provide any discounts? How much does six prolotherapy cost? I look forward to hearing from you. I will keep you in my prayers.
