Nice vlog! It amazes me how you can have clear ground in England and ride in an outdoor school, whereas here we are covered in thick ice and snow, and since we have no indoor, we hack out all winter. (the secret is 4 permanent studs in all shoes and snow soles, I can link a video if you're interested in seeing how horses in Norway get shod in winter). Needless to say, I am extremely jealous of your school and bare ground. I love how you talk to your horses btw.

Great video Ash! It's nice to see (and hear) how other riders / owners manage in the horrible weather conditions. I think it would be nice to see another DITL video when you are teaching or riding the livery horses (hopefully when the weather improves), maybe on a day when you're taking the young ones out for cross country schooling? It's always educational to see how other people manage their time and resources when things get busier.
