Great practice. Of course we love table tennis. But I also enjoy gardening quite a bit. A lot of work yet very peaceful to be in Mother Nature and to see things grow.

Funny to see how also the pro's laugh during training. I also love to do some funny shots in a while or talk to my trainings partner like "What the hell was that? Why you do that?" hahahahaha. Great VLOG again!

Iba, I wish to ask: Is gym work or physical conditioning required for low league / club level player / hobby player? I mean as a hobby player myself by participating in low league games I play to get fit, TT is my gym work. Hence is gym work still necessary? What is your recommendation?
@GaoyuanFanboy1233 ай бұрын
if you want to prevent injuries and strengthen tendons, i would recommend doing rather light weight training where you do full range of motion in each movement to stretch the muscles. for example: deep side lunges are great for stability and stretching catching two birds with one stone

Which country is this ?? I like it. You got your bikes 🚲 outside your house!! Here in England they will be stolen in matter of seconds . In fact if you leave anything outside, they will be taken away. Including your car 🚗 I’m not joking 😮

I watched your game in China smash against Ruwen Filus. You can win that game. When (2-2) 5-5 one of your smash missed and then you lost. I noticed you got the points on your fast service and your strong smash. In the last game you should use fast service more I think so. Just my opinion bro. I want to learn from you as well. When you come to Singapore smash let's meet bro. I'm from Singapore
