@@edy2982 Depends on you honestly. I workout usually in the middle of the day because then I'm awake and am able to function properly. At night, you kind of get laid back and tired after all day so I recommend afternoon or early afternoon

Gogeta it’s best for the body in the morning, but it’s harder, more sore and usually mentally draining. 12-2 is prolly the best time, but technically whenever you wake is best.
