Love your little crystal lamp & shade! I've been trying to find something like that for my kitchen counter, but no luck. I can't believe u found a vintage Fostoria Coin Vase! I actually found the oval dish last yr. It's nice & heavy, so I use it on my makeup desk to hold makeup. Have a fantastic day!💖

You really have a keen eye for the framed art. Beautiful. Wow the wicker chairs what a find. I was looking for a wicker lamp on the used Ebay, Etsy, Mercari, crazy prices just even a wicker shade was reasonable. . Well I went to the thrift store and found a wicker lamp with the shade for 10 bucks and grabbed it. If I had to purchase it online the shipping alone would be a lot and the lamp over 60 dollars for sure. So the wicker chairs are a good find. So many lovely items, excited to see your finds. Yes, it was worth the U-turn. That’s for sure. Tenets downstairs are very happy. They were used them all weekend with the company. Yes for tanning which I can be very pricey. The ones I have on my front porch. I’ve had over 35 years and then I paid $500 a chair, they are Rattan. Not Wicker but even so so the prices have not gone down. Have a beautiful day. Thanks

Brooke your such a delight to watch. I must admit I get envious at all the wonderful treasures and treasure places you have in Toronto. Here in Michigan we only have a few value villages and they are nothing like the ones by you. The ones by you are so organized, clean looking and carry such a variety, the one and only one near me, you feel like you’re walking into a literally a garbage can and when you come out, you feel like you need a shower. Hello! The best way to choose a ripe, sweet watermelon is to check the 'belly spot'. That's the spot that laid on the ground. The bigger the creamier yellow spot, means it spent more time ripening on the vine. Loved the video. So happy you got your picture at a discount. Can't wait for the Ralph room! Yeah, I guess it’s mind over matter. I’m sure we all eat stuff that is probably worse than that, but we just looked at it differently because it’s acceptable to society back in the day. People used to hide their lobster shells because it was considered poverty and dirty to eat them and now it’s one of the most expensive things you can buy Right now I’m trying to get some stuff together for my refresh for fall one struggling a little bit with it because you know my home is not a Ralph home so I’m trying to do this with thrift find and things like that so I’m not gonna say it’s been easy because it hasn’t been The pink shade lamp, not really found a spot for it yet because I’m too busy trying to make my house look like Ralph Lauren lol when I’m finished with this, I’ll go back to my regular look. I love cauliflower and Brussel sprouts, looks so yummy. The dark solid green watermelon is a black diamond, usually a delicious melon, but any melon is fine by me, honeydew, my most favorite.😊

My ultimate favourite is vessel spits. I absolutely love them. I could eat them every day and watermelon and cherries. Bananas are probably my favourite fruits. I guess blueberries and raspberries too. I like it all.

I will tell you a cute story. I was watching one of your videos back maybe in the spring and you were visiting a value village in Barrie and you picked up a lamp shade. It had a black background with flowers kinda chintz looking. It was quite small and barrel shaped. I loved it and I went to visit the same thrift store as I live near Barrie and low and behold I found it. I didn't have a lamp base for it but I finally found one to suit it a few days ago at the same thrift store. My husband had to rewire it but it is now done and looks absolutely gorgeous!!

I have that exact bust only mine is gold and on a shorter French style base with the floral swag you see on French furnature, I love her, found her in a second hand store, think I paid 4.99? I have all my antiqued brass large charm necklace and fresh water pearl bracelet around her neck, Love it! Weds? your behind girl! that or early cause its Monday. Hi Brooke. I love the chairs. I couldn’t tell if they were old or newer version. I’m 75 and my aunt and uncle had a pair like them when I was a kid. I haven’t seen any like them since. They’re a good find. So happy you were able to get art for less. I do love roasted veggies too. Sometimes I use them for a creamy vegetable soup. I really liked the large black jug.
